Returns<\/h1>\n

Have you bought a product, but changed your mind? No problem – as a consumer you have the right to return goods purchased from our online store.<\/p>\n

How much time do I have to return?<\/h2>\n

You have 14 days<\/strong> from the day you receive the shipment to cancel the contract – without giving a reason.<\/p>\n

How to make a return?<\/h2>\n

  1. Write to us at xsupplements@int.pl<\/strong> – just a short e-mail stating that you want to return the order. Include your order number.<\/li>\n
  2. Wait for our response – we will confirm acceptance of the application and indicate the return shipping address.<\/li>\n
  3. Send the product back intact to the indicated address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can also use the withdrawal form available in our Terms and Conditions (Appendix 2), but it is not mandatory – an e-mail is sufficient.<\/p>\n

    When will I get a refund?<\/h2>\n

    You will receive a refund within 14 days<\/strong> after we accept the returned goods. We will return the money using the same payment method you used for your order, unless we mutually agree on another way.<\/p>\n

    What products can I return?<\/h2>\n

    Products that meet the following conditions together are eligible for return:<\/p>\n

    • The packaging is original and unopened<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
    • The product bears no signs of use,<\/li>\n
    • the return was reported within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Important:<\/strong> Due to the nature of dietary supplements (food safety and hygiene), we cannot accept the return of products whose packaging has been opened.<\/p>\n

      Who covers the cost of return shipping?<\/h2>\n

      The cost of returning the product is on the buyer’s side, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong product) – then the shipping costs are covered by us.<\/p>\n
