If something has gone wrong &#8211; the product has arrived damaged, inconsistent with the order or has a defect &#8211; we will help you resolve it as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h2>When can you make a complaint?<\/h2>\n<p>You can make a complaint when the product you received:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is damaged or has damaged packaging,<\/li>\n<li>Is inconsistent with the order (e.g. different product, different flavor, different weight),<\/li>\n<li>Has an expired shelf life at the time of delivery,<\/li>\n<li>has visible quality defects (e.g., altered texture, odor, color).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make a complaint?<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s easy &#8211; just write to us at <strong>xsupplements@int.pl.<\/strong> In the message state:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n<li>The name of the advertised product,<\/li>\n<li>A brief description of the problem (what&#8217;s wrong),<\/li>\n<li>photos &#8211; such as damaged packaging, an expiration date label, or a visible defect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The more information and photos you give us, the faster we will process the case.<\/p>\n<h2>How long do I wait for an answer?<\/h2>\n<p>We will process your complaint within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your complete application. We usually respond much faster. We will inform you of the decision by email.<\/p>\n<h2>What can I get in a complaint?<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on your situation, you may receive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Replacement of the product with a new one,<\/li>\n<li>refund to the account from which you made the payment,<\/li>\n<li>partial refund (price reduction) if the defect is minor and does not prevent you from using the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cost of return shipping in the case of an accepted complaint is covered by us.<\/p>\n<h2>Did the package arrive damaged?<\/h2>\n<p>If you see that the package is already damaged at the time of receipt:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If possible &#8211; write a damage report with the courier.<\/li>\n<li>Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.<\/li>\n<li>Write to us at <strong>xsupplements@int.pl<\/strong> &#8211; we will take care of the rest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Even if you failed to write a protocol with the courier, report to us &#8211; we will try to solve the problem.<\/p>\n<h2>What does the claim not cover?<\/h2>\n<p>We cannot accept a complaint if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the product was stored contrary to the recommendations on the package (e.g., high temperature or moisture),<\/li>\n<li>the expiration date expired after delivery, and the product was not used in a timely manner,<\/li>\n<li>The complaint is about individual taste sensations or expected effectiveness &#8211; dietary supplements are not drugs and their effects depend on many individual factors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Do you have questions?<\/h2>\n<p>Write to us &#8211; we will be happy to help!
