Complaints

We are committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from our store. If something has gone wrong – the product has arrived damaged, inconsistent with the order or has a defect – we will help you resolve it as soon as possible.

When can you make a complaint?

You can make a complaint when the product you received:

  • Is damaged or has damaged packaging,
  • Is inconsistent with the order (e.g. different product, different flavor, different weight),
  • Has an expired shelf life at the time of delivery,
  • has visible quality defects (e.g., altered texture, odor, color).

How to make a complaint?

It’s easy – just write to us at xsupplements@int.pl. In the message state:

  1. order number,
  2. The name of the advertised product,
  3. A brief description of the problem (what’s wrong),
  4. photos – such as damaged packaging, an expiration date label, or a visible defect.

The more information and photos you give us, the faster we will process the case.

How long do I wait for an answer?

We will process your complaint within 14 days of receiving your complete application. We usually respond much faster. We will inform you of the decision by email.

What can I get in a complaint?

Depending on your situation, you may receive:

  • Replacement of the product with a new one,
  • refund to the account from which you made the payment,
  • partial refund (price reduction) if the defect is minor and does not prevent you from using the product.

The cost of return shipping in the case of an accepted complaint is covered by us.

Did the package arrive damaged?

If you see that the package is already damaged at the time of receipt:

  1. If possible – write a damage report with the courier.
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
  3. Write to us at xsupplements@int.pl – we will take care of the rest.

Even if you failed to write a protocol with the courier, report to us – we will try to solve the problem.

What does the claim not cover?

We cannot accept a complaint if:

  • the product was stored contrary to the recommendations on the package (e.g., high temperature or moisture),
  • the expiration date expired after delivery, and the product was not used in a timely manner,
  • The complaint is about individual taste sensations or expected effectiveness – dietary supplements are not drugs and their effects depend on many individual factors.
