Have you bought a product, but changed your mind? No problem – as a consumer you have the right to return goods purchased from our online store.

How much time do I have to return?

You have 14 days from the day you receive the shipment to cancel the contract – without giving a reason.

How to make a return?

1. Write to us at xsupplements@int.pl – just a short e-mail stating that you want to return the order. Include your order number.
2. Wait for our response – we will confirm acceptance of the application and indicate the return shipping address.
3. Send the product back intact to the indicated address.

You can also use the withdrawal form available in our Terms and Conditions (Appendix 2), but it is not mandatory – an e-mail is sufficient.

When will I get a refund?

You will receive a refund within 14 days after we accept the returned goods. We will return the money using the same payment method you used for your order, unless we mutually agree on another way.

What products can I return?

Products that meet the following conditions together are eligible for return:

• The packaging is original and unopened,
• The product bears no signs of use,
• the return was reported within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

Important: Due to the nature of dietary supplements (food safety and hygiene), we cannot accept the return of products whose packaging has been opened.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

The cost of returning the product is on the buyer’s side, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong product) – then the shipping costs are covered by us.
